However, no matter which phone we use, we always have some problems with it. For example, accidentally deleting data on your phone. Once we have this problem in the Samsung Note 8, what should we do?
Step 1. Run the software and connect your Samsung phone to your computer
Like you use other softwares, you need to download and install the software on the official website in advance, and then connect your Android phone and computer with a USB cable.
Note: Please make sure that you have enabled USB debugging on your Samsung Note 8 and allow the program to detect your device.
Step 2. Select the file types to scan
After the phone and computer connection is successful, the screen will display all data types that can be recovered. Simply select the type of data you want to restore, such as photos and videos. Then click "Next" to continue the data recovery process.
Step 3. Scan your device to find the lost data on it
You can read the instructions to understand the difference between "Standard Mode" and "Advanced Mode" and choose one of them. If you are using this software for the first time, you are advised to use "Standard Mode". If you do not find the data you want, then select "Advanced Mode". Then click "Start" to scanning your phone.
Note: There might be a Superuser authorization appearing on your device during the scan.If you get it, click "Allow" to continue.
Step 4. Preview and recover the data on Samsung Note 8
When the scan is complete, you can see specific items that can be restored, and select the photos and videos or other items you need. Then click "Recover" to store the successfully recovered data on your computer.
