Sept. 9 news, Samsung announced that it has started mass production of 12Gb LPDDR4 RAM chip, the chip uses 20nm process technology, each of which can hold 1.5GB of information, and ultimately to make a smart phone with up to 6GB of memory to run.
According to Samsung, this 12Gb LPDDR4 RAM chips compared to the previous 8Gb chip speed increased 30 percent, power consumption is reduced by 20%.
Samsung said that the future will be able to support flagship 6GB RAM, allows for seamless multitasking and maximum performance in the new system. Is next year the launch of Galaxy S7 will be the first to test the water's flagship device?
As early as December 2014, Samsung is the first production of 8Gb (1GB) 12Gb LPDDR4 RAM chip manufacturers. Today, the market has released a mobile phone plus 2, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge + and Samsung Note 5 are equipped with 8Gb chip, it supports up to 4GB of memory to run. 2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter “Settings” < Click “Developer options” < Check “USB debugging”
3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter “Settings” < Click “About Phone” < Tap “Build number” for several times until “You are under developer mode” shows up < Back to “Settings” < Click “Developer options” < Check “USB debugging”
Step 2.Select the Kinds of File that You Want to Retrieve
Click “Start” to get the software going.
If you are to regain the contents of the whole phone, check “Select all”. Otherwise, tick some of them in order to save time. And then, click “Next”.
In this new version, you can choose the mode under which the software scans data. “Scan for deleted files” is recommended because it only search for the items that you want. And press “Next” to continue.
Step 3.Start to Analyze Your Samsung Edge
“Allow” should be tapped on the phone to allow Samsung Data Recovery to work on your handset. You can also check “Remember” to avoid the box from popping up for several times.
Step 4.Preview and Get back Pics on Samsung Galaxy
Contacts, messages, photos and call logs can all be view. You can select the ones that suit you and tick “Recover”. And please be aware that the files are actually saved on the computer instead of the device. But, you can transfer them with the help of a phone manager.
