In terms of benchmarks, the performance of the Galaxy Note 10 is the same as note10 +, with one exception. They have the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and the same Samsung software, which results in the same overall benchmark performance: slightly lower than OnePlus phones (which have more efficient software), but on par with other Samsung flagships. However, lower resolution screens mean better game frame rates: the frame rate tested by GFXBench Car Chase is 39fps, and the frame rate of WQHD + phones is 23fps, but if you lower the Note 10+ and S10 + to 1080p screens Mode, the end result is similar to the smaller Note 10.
