    1. There is a option to retrieve data (broken Screen). It is to the right and down from the big "Data Recovery" button on the main screen

  5. If you download the data recovery program, you will get all your stuff back. Don't worry about the screen;the program will tell you what to do. It's a little tricky with the physical buttons but doable. Only buy what you need though. You don't need the password to get into your phone if you get the recovery software.

  6. I have a Verizon Samsung S4 SCH-I515 which is not one of the options to chose from in the drop down boxes. The warning that I might brick my phone keeps me from wanting to randomly guess at which of the other choices might work. Do I have any options? I tried entering the information in the box provided and in doing so was able to watch the cursor blink at me repeatedly as though it was laughing. Should I be waiting for a booming voice from the sky to tell me what to do next? Thank you for any help in advance!
